Basic accounting takes place online where image licensing occurs. From the moment an image is licensed, you will receive an automated email notification, and you and your clients can monitor licensing activity and print invoices. Full accounting is handled offline via downloads of all data fields.
		Key events for accounting:  you select (or create) the price list for your images an email of license details is sent automatically to you and the client at the moment of an online transaction you receive 100% of licensing fees; we receive the transaction fee credit card transactions occur via a centralized banking process and are paid to you monthly, less the transaction fee which is paid by the client you invoice clients and make collections for all billable licensings (other than those paid online by credit card), and pay us the transaction fee that is paid to you by the client clients can review their history in their "Past Invoice" section you can review your licenses in your "Account" section a summary report and export of transaction data are exported and sent to you on a regular basis
